Investing in youth is investing in the future. Our Youth Leadership Program has trained 150 young people in leadership skills, civic engagement, and social entrepreneurship. These emerging leaders are now implementing their own community development projects.

From organizing literacy camps to launching environmental initiatives, these young change makers are proving that age is no barrier to making a difference. One participant, a 19-year-old college student, successfully mobilized his community to establish a digital literacy center that now serves 50 students daily.

The program includes mentorship from established community leaders, hands-on project experience, and networking opportunities. We're proud to witness the growth of these passionate individuals who will shape Bangladesh's future.

In 2023, we launched an ambitious educational program aimed at bringing quality education to underserved communities. What started as a small initiative has now grown into a movement that has touched the lives of over 500 families.
